Let me tell you how wonderful Kay Jewelers is to shop at. On December 28th I went to the Kay Jewlers in Towne West in Wichita,KS. It was our anniversary and I had decided to buy a pearl necklace for my wife. I went into the store and a woman "from the back" helped me find a necklace I really liked. She then turned it over to the "salesman". I asked him what he could do in terms of price discount and he said: "I can do 15%." But, he then gave me 20% - at least that's what I thought. He goes to the computer to input the purchase and "the computer won't let him sell it to me at the price he had said he would. That's where I made my big mistake. I didn't walk away. The sales person proceeded to tell me couldn't go anything and it would cost me full price. And, here's where it really gets good - he put a supplemental customer care program on each piece of jewlery without my permission. Color me stupid - but color Kay as the number one place I will never shop at again. I was the victim of a classic sales gimmick and I feel right into the trap. Shame on me. But, folks out there, you can avoid what I did.

I will never shop at the corrupt Kay Jewelers again and encourage all of you to avoid them also.
